Since 1980, Riccarton Signs has been providing glass manifestation and window film solutions for businesses throughout Christchurch, Canterbury and across New Zealand. As with anything, you’ll first need to determine what you’re trying to achieve. That will usually fall under one of the following categories.
WINDOW FILMS (COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL GLASS)
Knowing what you want to achieve is paramount to the end result. Are you looking to reduce ultraviolet light (UV), minimise glare on computer screens or improve heat retention? Do you want to prevent glass breakage, increase privacy or protect surfaces? We offer a range of high-quality window films to suit almost every application.

THINGS TO CONSIDER
- Is your signage required on the inside or the outside of the glass?
- Is there clear access to that area? You’ll need to allow 1mtr clear space as a minimum and have no cables etc in the way as the application is mostly wet.
- Do you have any window tinting either on the glass in films or manufactured in the glass?
- When can we apply the films/signage – normal working hours-9.00am-4.30pm Monday – Friday?
