NO second chances, right first time is the way to go. Whatever your signage is from ACM panels, pole signs, plinths or illuminated signs we get it right. Reputation is everything and we are precious about ours so we’ll get it right!

ADHESIVE FIXINGS, yes, they’ve come a long way but would you just glue a sign above an entrance to a business? We see this happening and again knowing the product is paramount and understanding weight ratios and weather conditions etc is critical. What’s become easier isn’t necessarily better!

MECHANICAL FIXINGS, still our most preferred method and trusted for panel signs. While we would all like the counter sunk fixings with no screw heads etc we have to understand that if using 4mm ACM as your sign panel and counter sunk fixing you have lost over 60% of your structural integrity. It makes no sense why you’d do that! A good industry trained sign writer knows how to conceal fixing points and still make sure the sign will remain secure and look great.

EXPENSIVE SIGNS installed without proper care and attention to detail is heart breaking for a real sign writer. Getting it right generally doesn’t cost that much more but the benefits are immense to you and us because we’re passionate about what we do.

THE BIG STUFF is just the same as the small sign for us it’s just the same attention to detail. From large plinths, illuminated, 3D, Neon signs etc proper planning is mandatory. Engineering specifications, architects and council compliance requirements etc all come in to play. The right signwriter will be able to negotiate the complexities of your project and should instil a sense of understanding and be talking about these important things.

SIGN CHECK: No sign or it’s fixings last for ever (especially in Christchurch). Dependant on the signage we install we generally recommend a health check every 2 years as a minimum. No we’re not clicking the ticket. If we have a local event then more than likely if it is ground level, we’ll check it out free of charge if you give us a call.
